Birth Data:

Monthly birth data by state - United States (1915-2008):
I digitized these data for the 2014 ProcB paper examining the effect of human birth seasonality on childhood infectious diseases. We published the data from 1931-2008, but I later found 15 more years of data for certain states. Availability: Dryad link to data

Monthly birth data by country (developed countries)- Various (1900-2012):
These data were aggregated from various online sources and published in our 2014 ProcB paper. Availability: Dryad link to data

Monthly birth data by country (developing countries) - Various (~1940-present):
These data were reconstructed from survey data over the course of 30 years and are currently being processed. I also have various South American (country level) birth data from online sources.

Monthly birth and death data from England and Wales (1541-1871):
Data have been digitized, cleaned, and processed, just need some spare time for additional analyses.
